How to Shop

  1. Select either women's or men's from the top navigation bar.

  2. Click on one of the small images - This will take you to the product detail.

  3. To get a close up look at an item: either click on the image of the product or select the link that says "VIEW CLOSEUP IMAGE."

  4. To add the item to your cart, select your size and click on the "add to cart" button (Nothing is ordered yet and you can back out anytime).

  5. From this point, you can continue shopping by selecting the "back" button, or women's or men's from the top navigation bar.

  6. To Modify your cart, select "Shopping Bag" located on top on every page. To remove an item, select "remove" button. After making any changes to a size or quantity, click the 'Recalculate' button before clicking on 'Checkout'.

  7. Once you've added all of your products you want, go to to the "Shopping Bag" page located on the top bar and select "check out."

  8. Next you will be asked for your order information, billing address, shipping address, credit card info, etc.

  9. After your order has been submitted, a confirmation page will appear with your order number, and you will receive an email confirmation confirming your order has been received and is being processed.

What if I can't find my size?
Available USA sizing information is indicated on each item. We remove all out-of-stock sizes. If for some reason you order an item that is out-of-stock, we will contact you so you can make another selection. If you have any further questions about sizing please contact: inquiries@swjeans.com

How do I change or cancel an order?
E-mail customer service at inquiries@swjeans.com . All e-mails are reviewed everyday, before orders.

How can I find a product?
Salt Works Jeans makes it easy to find the product of your choice, or to simply browse all of the available products. The easiest way to find your styles is to select a category and view all of the products in that collection. When you want to view a larger image of a product, simply click on it. To order a product, select the "add to cart" button.

What if I can't find what I want?
Salt Works Jeans will add new products every month. To be notified when new items arrive, please join our newsletter.

How do I check out?

To check the status of your order, please contact UPS (www.ups.com) and have your tracking number ready.

Exchange Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. If you are unhappy with any purchase, we will gladly exchange any product under these conditions:

  • All exchanges must be maid within 30 days of order date.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • We accept exchanges only. Sorry, there are no returns.

How to Exchange, Step by Step:

  4. Send your exchange by traceable carrier. We suggest that you send your exchange by traceable carrier in the event that the package is lost.

How to Redeem Your Online Gift Certificate

  1. Shop at www.swjeans.com
  2. Find your gift certificate Number and PIN, will arrive via e-mail.
  3. When you're ready to check out, enter your gift certificate Number and PIN into the "gift certificate" boxes at the bottom of your Shopping Bag page & hit "Redeem Certificate." The certificate amount will be subtracted from your order and will be shown right above the Total.
  4. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.

  • There is no expiration date.
  • Gift Certificates are redeemed on our web site (SWJeans.com) by entering your gift Number & PIN in the "Gift Certificate" boxes at the bottom of your Shopping Bag page and click on "Redeem Certificate" button.
